Conditions

1. Who we are

“Shillstream”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of shillstream.lol: COMEY SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée), Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) 852 499 441, Bureau 562, 59 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, reachable at contact@shillstream.lol. We answer every message. “You” means the person who pays. By paying at checkout, you accept these Conditions in the version shown above. You must be at least 18.

2. What you buy

• Take the Stage (a bid): four AI-made parody videos of about 15 seconds each about the URL you give us, played on loop on the Shillstream homepage for every visitor while you are King, plus a public row with your link on the leaderboard and your own channel page.
• Just Make the Videos ($19, fixed): the same four videos, delivered privately on your own page. Nothing goes on the homepage.
• Put it on the big screen (the Jukebox): anyone can pay the current price (the next bid, section 3) to put a Guest pack, already shot, on the big screen. A Guest is a brand we made videos about on our own: the brand did not ask for it, hence the UNSOLICITED · NOT AFFILIATED marking. No new videos are made.
• Put it on the stream: a buyer can put their own private pack on the stream at the current price (the next bid, section 3), with no new videos made.

Take the Stage and Just Make the Videos come with a private link to watch and download your videos, sent to the email address you pay with. Prices are in US dollars and the amount shown on the Stripe payment page is the amount charged.

3. How the bid works

The first paid King opens at $5. After that, each new bid must beat the current King by at least a step, and by no more than a cap:

• You are King from the moment your payment is confirmed until someone outbids you. No timer, no minimum reign, no mercy.
• Anyone can bid on any product, including one that is already King (a new bid means a new pack of four videos, except the Jukebox and Put it on the stream, which air a pack already made). A product can't be bid on while its current pack is still being made.
• When you're outbid, you keep your row on the leaderboard, your link, your channel page and your videos, for as long as the Shillstream is online, unless they are taken down under section 9.
• If someone else is crowned between the moment you open checkout and the moment your payment lands, your bid is no longer valid and you are refunded in full, automatically (section 6).

4. How the videos are made

• Everything is automatic: payment, safety check, writing, shooting, airing. An AI director (ShillAgent) picks the concepts, the characters and the jokes. You only give the URL.
• The videos are AI-generated parody: absurd, exaggerated, sometimes wrong about your product on purpose. They may use lookalike characters and TV or ad formats. They are not an endorsement, a review or a factual claim, and nobody in them is real.
• No edits, no brief, no re-rolls. We don't retouch, recut or regenerate a video because you'd have liked it different. It's live.
• Delivery usually takes a few minutes. That is an estimate, not a promise: the video models have moods. Each video that comes out goes on air as soon as it's ready. If 2 or 3 of the 4 videos come out, that is your pack.

5. The safety check and what we never air

Before anything is made, an automatic check reads the page at your URL. If it finds something below, can't read the page (empty, parked, unreachable), or isn't sure, we refuse the product: nothing is made, nothing airs, and you're refunded in full. We don't make, and may remove at any time, videos about:

• adult or sexual content and services
• hate, harassment, extremism
• scams, phishing, fake investments, counterfeits
• weapons, ammunition and weapon parts
• drugs and controlled substances
• illegal or unlicensed gambling
• misleading health or medical claims
• misleading financial or crypto promises
• violence or anything illegal
• content aimed at a private person (a URL about someone, not a product)

The check is a machine and can be wrong both ways. If something from this list gets through and we find out later, we take it down without refund (section 9).

6. Refunds: only when we don't deliver

No refunds on taste. Your videos start being made the moment you pay and can't be un-made, so there's no refund because you don't like them, because you were outbid five minutes later, or because you changed your mind.

We never keep money for videos we didn't make. You're refunded in full and automatically, with nothing to ask, when:

1. your URL is refused by the safety check (section 5);
2. fewer than 2 of your 4 videos come out (the video or script models failed, twice);
3. Take the Stage only: the stage moved before your payment landed, so your bid was no longer valid (section 3);
4. the amount Stripe charged doesn't match the price we set for your order.

The refund goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe; banks take a few days to show it. If the automatic refund fails, we tell you and refund you by hand. When one of these happens on the Stage, your reign is cancelled and nothing of yours airs.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content made and supplied right away, that right ends once supply starts, if you asked for it to start immediately and acknowledged losing the right. That is what paying at checkout means (it is written under the pay button and on the payment page): you ask us to make your videos now and you accept that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once they start. We confirm it in the payment email. Your rights under section 6 are not affected.

8. Rights on the videos

• You can download, keep, post and share your videos, including to promote your product, anywhere. AI output may not be protected by copyright and similar videos can exist for others; we give you whatever rights we have in yours.
• We can show your videos, your domain, your amount and a capture of your home page on the Shillstream (homepage, leaderboard, channel pages) and on its social accounts, including to promote the Shillstream. Just Make the Videos stays private: we don't publish it.
• You promise that you may lawfully promote the URL you give us, or that you do it as parody and commentary, without pretending to speak for the brand. You are responsible for the URL you submit.

9. Takedown on request

If you own a brand shown on the Shillstream, or a video is about you, write to takedown@shillstream.lol with the URL. You don't need to give a reason. We take the videos, the row and the channel page down within 24 to 72 hours.

A takedown never triggers a refund, whoever paid and whatever the pack. We take down, without refund, anything that infringes someone's rights or breaks section 5 or 8.

10. Emails

We send only emails about your orders, to the address you paid with:

• payment received (or refunded);
• your videos are ready;
• we couldn't air your order, and you've been refunded;
• you've been outstaged (Take the Stage only), with a one-click unsubscribe;
• sign-in links, only when you ask for one on My videos.

No newsletter, no marketing, no selling your address.

11. Your data

We keep the email Stripe collects at checkout (it is your account: no password), the URL you submit and your orders. Stripe handles the payment; we never see your card. Our providers (payments, email, hosting, video storage, AI models) process this data for us only. We don't sell or rent it. To ask for a copy or deletion, write to contact@shillstream.lol; we keep what the law requires for accounting. The details, providers and retention periods are in our Privacy policy.

12. Liability

The Shillstream is entertainment. The videos are AI parody and may be silly, inaccurate or unflattering: that's the product. We don't promise views, traffic, sales or reign length. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights that the law says can't be limited.

13. Changes

We may update these Conditions. The version date is at the top of this page. An order is governed by the version you accepted at checkout (we record it with your order); a new version applies only to new orders.

14. Law

These Conditions are governed by French law. If you are a business, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
